This is the perfect class for anyone already riding to hone their skills, or people interested in riding but intimidated by urban traffic. Over two class sessions the Bike Kitchen will cover installing and removing tubes and tires (i.e. fixing a flat), installing brake and shift cables, adjusting brakes and gears, and chain maintenance.
